Hi Daniel, I just did my loft, I decided that it would be best to just get the builder to do if for me. But soon after mine was finished my friend decided that it was time to do his, but he decided to take the DIY route and save few and do alot of the work himself. I say himself, what that really meant was that I would be giving him a hand. I should have just got him to help me do mine and save a few quid as well. So I ending up spending two weekends helping him do his. No structual work, he left that to the builders. Well He is a good friend and so I could turn him down. Any ways I just wanted to say that your blog is great. I hope you can post more info on there. I've set up my own blog to help people around Birmingham as well. I'm trying my best to give people good information and helpful tips. Let me know if you think of any great ideas that I have missed in my blog. Cheers Samuel Das My Blog address is; http://birminghamloftconversion.com
